A metro page only goes live when its key rates, prices, and programs are verified against primary sources and dated, and anything still unverified locally is labeled as a national placeholder. That keeps this list short on purpose.
More markets are in research. We publish them as their local evidence is verified rather than filling a directory with placeholder pages, so the absence of your city here is a work-in-progress note, not a judgment. Statewide programs for every state are on the state pages.
